If you want a simple two step formula for building muscle, apply this tried and true method. It can’t fail (but of course you must go to failure!) STEP 1) Use a heavier weight and perform a controlled cheat version of the exercise. Not shit form. Controlled cheat and command of the eccentric. When the eccentric starts to get too fast (I.e. lack of control) stop and move onto step two. STEP 2) Drop weight roughly in half and immediately perform a drop set of the same exercise but done with strict
